We have in-house modelling capability which enables us to advise our clients on their return in the event of their debtors' insolvency.
Insolvency modelling
Companies' exposure to their customers' default will depend on the extent to which their claim might be recoverable on insolvency. However understanding recoverability can be complex.
We consider the recovery value to creditors in the event of insolvency. We use our in-house restructuring expertise to construct Estimated Outcome Statements for more straightforward cases and complex Entity Priority Models to model larger corporate groups.
Financial due diligence
Acquiring a business requires comprehensive due diligence to understand the value of that business and the risks taken on.
We help our clients minimise the uncertainty by providing financial analysis of target businesses to facilitate our clients' acquisitions. We act buy-side for private equity or corporate finance firms.
